Josh's journey in baseball is both impressive and inspiring. From a young age, he demonstrated exceptional talent, eventually playing at both high school and college levels with notable success. His experiences on the field led him to a profound realization: his true passion lay not only in playing baseball but in sharing and teaching the game to others.

First Pitch Athletics began as a dream to give back to the community that had supported Josh throughout his baseball career. The idea was to create a space that offered more than just baseball training. Josh envisioned a year-round facility where free clinics could be conducted, providing access to all young players, regardless of their background or financial situation.

Currently, First Pitch Athletics operates regular free clinics, with plans to expand into a permanent, year-round facility.
